The Non-existent type 1 is only affected (but you have exploits against it) with the concept 2-1 (since the concept type 3 needs the thing to exist since it is tied to that) so rimuru cannot affect it.

Does the characters who can kill Zach in canon still fight him after the reset? Also, Fiamma can BFR and Seal.

The whole plot is about him and his friend in a pseudo time-loop, fighting the same giant battle each month and figuring out a way to stop it.

A match for "neither can affect the other"?

Look at the 7-C list, Fugil and Sacred Eclipse stomp LeBlanc, yet they're lower than him due to a lack of match, so yes, make it.

Then they would fight until the HR starts with BFR or doesn't instakill, do you know anything about the top 1?
 
His enemies are recreated because they were there when the universe got the "screenshot". If we assume Fiamma was as well, he would still die and a clone of him would replace him. Does it still count if the original is dead and it's a copy who's winning?
 
You can make the same argument with a lot of different abilities from time rewind, to mid-godly regen, so I'd say it does still count as the same opponent.

And more importantly, why the **** does a guy with City Level Dura, who is City Level with most spells, but simply has 8-C punches, get spots in 8-C and High 8-C?

Interdimensional range in general is smurf, going by what it is according to the Range page.

Well, now that the 10B top 5 is full, does Fiamma needs to fight everyone or just one of the higher ones? Also, can someone else create the thread? I don't want to create another stomp for either side.

No if no one says who was removed that wasn't a smurf. Considering Bambu just told me on Discord he doesn't care about my list, I'll rather ignore him unless he explains himself.
