The Thing's Attack Potency

The Ebon Seeker was just slightly larger than a building at this point of the storyline, so I doubt that his weight is remotely sufficient to validate such high values for possibly slightly pushing it back. In addition, the OBD apparently considers the Umbra feat as an outlier.
 
A hydraulic press "pushing through a planet" likely just means gradually drilling holes in solid bedrock. It is not very impressive by our standards.
