Conditions are stated below:

• Battle takes place across an indestructable universe, so they can use their full potential.
• Super Sonic comes to the fight at full capacity, meaning 2-A is being used, Flash is at his peak, so he is also 2-A and can use the Speed Force.
• Starting distance is SBA.
• Speed is equalized. (ironical, considering the theme, but you know how it is)
• Win via any condition.

yes, but that would be, I don't know, like infinitely immeasurable speed (heck because they deleted irrelevant speed) and super sonic is infinitely faster than the rest of the villains, including time eater and solaris that destroy space-time (immeasurable speed)

I'm not sure if infinitely faster is accurate, but he is shown keeping pace with them easily, and on occasion is shown to be evidently faster than them (Such as how, quite literally the entire point of the time eater fight is to swiftly catch up to him to beat him up).
