Currently, every DBZ character from King Piccolo onwards has Unknown Lifting Strenght. I'm doing this CRT to prove that every character starting from Vegeta (Saiyan Saga) should have at least Class P Lifting Strenght with this simple reasoning:

Frieza's Supernova digs into Planet Vegeta's surface all the way to it's core.

Nobody in the Saiyan Saga would scale to that anyways… the first person that scales to First Form Freeza is Vegeta in the Namek Saga after multiple Zenkai.

There are some lifting strength feat, tho they need to be discussed if they are legit and calculated.
1-Frieza slightly pushing against the spirit bomb [kid buu did too, but correct me if I'm wrong] and the spirit bomb stated to be able to crush the entire planet.
2- goku pushing against one of frieza's blast [it may be too vague so I dunno]
I think that's it?

Do you have any scans or author statements that say Frieza's Supernova melted through the planet?
That's simple to see.

Do you have any scans or author statements that say Frieza's supernova lifted the planet and that lifting is applicable to physicals?
How's it an outlier when it's the most consistent showing?

No, but mountains don't sink into the planet all the way to it's core, therefore Frieza's attack is heavier than a mountain.

There's like Goku moving a boulder in early dragon ball
I hate that ******* boulder pushing calc.

Mountains also aren't balls of energy that vaporize all matter in its path.
This is not a Lifting Strength. It's just Attack Potency.
