Anime Cell has statements that give him several abilities and resistances. All of this is because of life forms incorporated in his DNA, including biological traits, experiences, Hax, and resistances.

DBZ Episode 190 - "From Goku to Gohan… A Father's Spirit is Passed Down"

What characters should be added to Cell (Anime)?

About manipulating space-time are the clouds (which is a fabric of space-time that separates hell from the other world)

The clouds only open with space-time distortion or they create a kind of portal.

Generally agree, though I'm neutral on Space-Time Manipulation and Cell having Roshi's DNA and disagree with Hydrokinesis and Lavakinesis due to it just being Freeza using telekinesis on water and lava (by this logic, using telekinesis to lift a rock would be Earth Manipulation)

I think Environment Destruction is more of a terminology page that applies to attack potency, not really a power since it doesn't have a related category; if it had to be index as a power in this case, it looks like Aura (Catastrophe-inducing).
