This Sanji doesn't appear to have any hax or abilities that are useful in combat.
What's his skill like compared to Mori's? If it ends up being purely CQC I'm thinkin' Monkey Man takes the W.
 
I'm under the assumption he can't use Monkey King Mode here.

But even if he can, it doesn't last long, and hurts like a bitch, so he won't begin with it.

I would argue Mori is more skilled from his showings IMO.
He's had his fighting style entirely negated by someone who knows it just as well, if not better than he does, and immediately improved it to solve the weaknesses being exploited. He's copied moves from just seeing them, can tell weaknesses from a glance, and his body can instinctively counter attacks from opponents >>>>>> his speed.
I'd argue one of his best feats is seeing Daewi's Wave of Blue Dragon (a move that requires 3 previous techniques to set up), getting nearly one-shot by it, getting up and inventing his own version that requires no setup and is even more powerful.
Also acupuncture (he pokes you and you're paralyzed) is a pretty big wincon.
 
Whats suppons Sanji can do here agains MORI JIN? He literally beats gods and destroy the most skilleds martial arts in his history, Sanji kick's like a child and Mori like a horse lol
