Throwin' my vote to Kaido.
I see him winning far more than Mori, even if it can get pretty close when they go into close combat, Kaido would just spam Zoan on and off like he did with Luffy and make use of his massive range advantage.

Kaido starting in close quarters and Mori absolutely mollywhopping him. It's just more likely that Kaido would Zoan and fly instead of getting slammed by Mori

H2H, Pressure point targetting, dura neg hax (Though that gets negged by Dragon Kaido's organs being in different areas) and amps, so he'd control the fight if it's close range vs base Kaido and maybe hybrid.

Kaido just makes up for it with twice the amount with how slippery he is, layered future sight, A LOT of stamina, massive advantage via range, invisible attacks, technique mimicry and empowerment strong enough to overpower a G4 amp when he was relative base to base with Luffy, and Accelerated development via his haki getting stronger during Shuron Hakke.

Overall Kaido has more wincons so he gets the W in more scenarios
