nah, saitama does not have the same “mimicry” that garou does. garou can literally copy the opponent’s ENTIRE arsenal.

Garou literally says that saitama can copy and surpass all of his techniques which we’ve seen do with time travel and some melee combat as evidence
Saitama had no need to copy anything else from garou because he didn’t want to fight like that he wanted to fight with pure physicals he even tells garou to forget all of his silly techniques and come at him

By the way since Amai mask witnessed saitama getting thrown, wouldn’t that mean that we’d be scaling him to flashy flash too if sonic does? Which in turn would mean rela+ for basically the entire S class
Actually tatsumaki already scales to homeless emperor, so if we scale Sonic’s full speed to tatsumaki then everything is ruined.

Actually if sonic was even throwing those thing at rela+ speed then they would have burnt up to begin with since tatsumaki can’t even throw things that fast to begin with

Using spectators to downplay the speed ot the combatants seems strange considering we usually just write that off as PIS (otherwise Human level Metal Bat/Garou because Zenko was able to perceive their fight and step in. Also Human level Tatsumaki because King saw her fight)

Not particularly. Saitama was thrown from a distance which heavily reduces the speed needed to react.
Also we know that Tornado isn't going all out until the end of the chapter and we don't know how the Ninja fight is going to change in the manga. So I'm not seeing much scal at the moment.
