He can get resistance to anything as long as he shows the feats for it. It's not like we're told "he CANT resist hax, at all, never". It's just a matter of it showing it, just like how he inexplicably resists radiation because lmao he just does.

Something worth noting is that in the original timeline. Metal Knight may have saved the other heroes and got rid of the cosmic radiation after Garou died.

That and the Neo Heroes would replace Hero organization entirely. Don't think they can survive on just unreliable heroes like Blast who only appears in worst case scenarios, Watchdogman who only guards City Q and Metal knight;Driv/ Knight who are 100% sus

There's like, zero reason to say this is AP. If you want to give it anything, it's at best a high end dura feat for his gates.
Also I'm not seeing a reason why it's assumed he saw them in slow motion. He just reacted and brought them away from Earth before their punch collided. Heck, it was only just barely too, as their fists collide like the instant they're teleported. It would scale to his reactions sure, but saying he views them in "slow motion" seems like a decently big assertion to make, since that just puts Blast at a speed level that should have no problems reacting to Garou, and he clearly had some trouble.

he pretty much saw them in slow mo. Just because you see something in slow motion doesn’t mean you can operate at that level.
that isn’t going to change. People already argued for that position.

So what about the 4-A via spatial manip then? Cause I don't see a reason why he's given 4-A ap for his space manip being able to contain something. That's just 4-A dura for the gate thing. He already has a statement that would give him "At most 4-A" ap anyway, so it's not like that part would change
