I think you're confusing ONE here. He for the most part writes more grounded than Murata. The best speed feats in the series comes from art, not from statements. The statements we do get are either mediocre or actively nerf the art like with the ninja cave that we still haven't corrected.

Because Murata clearly is. He has characters such as Atomic Samurai, or Genos have FTL feats fairly early in the series, but then makes high dragons like HE, Garou, ect, only like MHS-MHS+?

I mean, being serious this is just setting up the Flashy Fists that happen in 0.01 seconds. Them going faster than that who knows, but this is setting up that while Garou is fast af, Flashy is 50x faster while not going all out.

I know what you are talking about. I was replying to Zamasu because if we scaled Garou would be more than MHS. If they didn't show timers in both instances and just said there is 50× difference we would just go by the fan calc
