She's gonna have to in order to be on current Fubuki's level. It would be cool if she evolves somewhat after nearly dying to Sweet Mask.

There are some options scaling wise
- She can just fight Fubuki on equal level with no upgrades at all, that would mean she's 7-B, and upgrades Sweet Mask to 7-B aswell (And every Dragon level becomes 7-B upscaling from her)
- She can just fight Fubuki on equal level with no upgrades at all, that would mean Fubuki isn't fully 7-B (And there are arguments for that), no upgrades to Sweet Mask or Dragon levels
- She can have a new 7-B transformation/amp, fight Fubuki on equal level and nothing changes
- She can be stomped by Fubuki and nothing changes
- She can just fight Fubuki on equal level with no upgrades at all, that would mean she's 7-B, and upgrades Sweet Mask to 7-B aswell (And every Dragon level becomes 7-B upscaling from her)

Honestly my bet is they are going to fight on equal level, no amp or transformation for Do-S, because I doubt Murata/ONE see Fubuki as Cadre level based on blocking Rover a few times with extreme high diff + bleeding

I had an idea recently that Fubuki should probably have one key with an “up to” rating, since 7-B is definitely her peak (at least for now)
Basically, she’d be something like “8-B, possibly 8-A, up to 7-B”

No. That creates a circular chain, as her 7-B comes from her blocking attacks against River, and we know Rover is high above the regular dragon chain.
And mind you, 7-B comes from elder centipede. We are not scaling Do-S to the level of elder centipede

@Emirp sumitpo Yeah honestly 8-A is probably the best thing to they really don’t need the 8-B. Also why do we downscale Fubuki from a full power Rover in the first place when they have said Rover was still injured from Saitama’s punch. Shouldn’t we downscale her from the attack likelh being able to injure Bang and Bomb who scale to half of Elder Centipede instead?
Like that way we could just say she is at most Low 7-B or 7-B for being able to stop an attack that could injure somebody that is 9.125 Megatons once. Baseline 7-B is just 6.3 Megatons after all.

Even after being injured, Rover was still superior to Bang and Bomb, and straight up posed a threat against both. And would've injured both had Fubuki not save them.

Exactly. Even if Do-S were to somehow harm fubuki, that would just mean that Fubuki has weak physicals - which isn't outlandish considering her Okame-mask rating was very low.
