Awakened Cockroach blitzes Sonic until he uses his shadow clones techniques. I don't know what happens then so I think this is incon as well.

Pure Blood is only 8-B, Rhino Wrestler is 8-A. Although that did give me a few other ideas for matchups like:

We don't know how much Genos got stronger since his fight with Deep Sea King though. So it is either incon or DSK wins (If we assume Genos didn't get stronger that much) because base DSK could fight on par with Genos and rip his body apart.
