The total area of the clouds affected by the shockwave was 33,240 meters. Ourosboros divided it by 5, for each 5 blows, and got the 7-A+ end. If he didn't it would've been at 6-C, or 17.894 GT.

Tanking is receiving no pain or harm. Boros basically wasn't dead. Arms getting lopped off and having parts of him shredded isn't enough to say he tanked it.

Honestly, 'endure' actually is the right word, but it doesn't really scale to his durability except in armoured form.

Still, he's definitely not like 50 times lower than a normal punch.

Gouketsu’s feat was only one punch.
It's assumed to be one punch because one sound effect is slightly louder, but we have no way of proving that, and it doesn't make sense with the clouds' concentric patterns.
Also thinking Gouketsu is below Rover/EC is not me calling him a low dragon.
I just think those two are built different.
More referring to others.

I'd also argue that he's below Rover narratively, but still on a somewhat similar scale given that Rover didn't one-shot a much weaker version of someone who was maimed by Darkshine.

Sound effect isn't really a reason. If he throws one punch and then two punches that are half as powerful, you still have to assume the feat is halved.

Also, it's just not good logic. They do the same thing in pretty much all comics and manga even when the sounds are supposed to be comparable in volume.

Assuming the shockwave we see on the ground is just from the first punch is also a pretty massive leap.

I don't think ANYONE considers him a low dragon, he toyed with Bakuzan who is most fans' actual baseline for a low dragon.
We just think it's an absurd notion that he's several times stronger than the MA's other top cadre and no one else scales to him.

Putting him in the top half of all dragons and saying he's not tens of times stronger than the others are not mutually exclusive positions to hold.

I agree that the feat is bs, actually, it's just that people are completely invalidating his feats based on some very arbitrary logic, even thought it's very consistent that it'd take multiple S-Class to fight him and win.
There's nothing to suggest it was multiple punches.
We see the sound effect and immediately cut to the after effect.

We even see a single explosion in that panel.
It's a manga. There's no such thing as cuts like a TV show. They're frozen panels.

And in the panel with the single explosion, there's 3 sound effects.

Another reason the feat might be wanked, we see a different portion of the city and the clouds are nothing like the one Gouketsu split.

So the cloud likely does not span as far as the calc says.

It's also worth noting that, unless they're in space or something, the clouds here really can't be that large due to field of view and the size of the horizon.

Genos being stupid and overhyping threats is not meant to be an accurate judge of strength it's just a setup for a joke.

He also gets worried for Saitama's life later during the Monster Association raid. Does that mean the remaining Cadres are all >>> Gouketsu?

Even disregarding that horribly repetitive and meaningless line of reasoning that relies entirely on unbacked assumptions (the joke isn't even that they're too weak, it's that Saitama is too strong), can you substantiate this claim that Genos was worried? I don't remember it because the actual raid goes for dozens of chapters.

Edit: He says the opposite of that in 122 after Drive Knight gave him data with their statistics.

If Flashy Flash ends up scaling to this Garou in some way in this next chapter, Flashy will basically be the strongest S-Class hero disregarding Blast (He'd blitz Tatsumaki fast enough to one shot her)

Which is kinda funny since he's not even top 10 in the official rankings.

It's stated that Webcomic Garou could've killed the heroes if he wanted to, but didn't because he's not quite a monster. Which is funny because he ripped the arm off the first guy he fought, and then proceeded to leave him for what's seemingly hours.
