Wait, so who do you guys think were able to react to the beam? If its by non civilian characters, then I fail to see why the beam can't have just moved at speeds way faster than normal human reaction speed. I'm probably missing something though so please tell me.

Everyone was able to react to the beam, even the civilians looked up and could see the beam moving

No, they react to the beam's swing and not its expansion, they are different things.
Psykos extended its radius to the level of the continent and then shook it to cut it, one can argue about swing, but not about the speed of the ray.

So why are they quoting the calculation when it doesn't use time?
Diacusion completely useless then

Me and several others were just wondering why it doesn't use a time frame in the first place. We're just trying to understand the reasoning for the feat being calced that way. IMO I'm fine with the new calcs low end. It's just the new calcs other end seems a bit inflated scaling from the sun especially with Murata's bad size scaling.

Yes, but that is your opinion and it has already been agreed by member calc that Low End doesn’t make sense and the best is with the sun scale.

I’ve learned at this point to not get my hopes up for Tier 5.

Moon level sounds insanely inflated imo. Also I doubt we'll get tier 5 until much later into the story.

We've had a few cases recently where we almost got tier 5 only to be downgraded to tier 6 heh

Hence why I’m not getting excited lmao. I’ll wait until the calc is looked over and approved before getting excited.

All the water on the disc began falling off at the same time, by the by. That makes the timeframe really small IMO.

I feel like we should try and do a proper calc, plus that is still in discussion on the CRT

There is already an adequate calculation, for personal love, time is not used precisely because it is strange, so it is used PE that does not need time

Eh, I'd interpret it as turning their heads. That's a human reaction timeframe thing, if you see a bright flash behind you, you can start turning around in that time frame

Has anyone else been stalking Murata’s Twitter to see if he’s posted the new chapter or is that just me

I bet the chapter doesn't come until next Monday at the earliest, or 3 weeks after the 110/113? redraw since it's probably a longer one

That other thread went to absolutely hell to the point I went: "Oh naw, I'm outta here"

I think I might give my input at some point when I'm free, but I'm leaning towards disagree

I doubt the thread is gonna even be resolved at this rate since the mods don't have much context and the disagree (USK) and the agree (godzilla) are just arguing in circles. I'm on the disagree side but I'd be interested to see some convincing points that aren't getting debunked and then brought back up again.
