Imo part of the whole "Psykorochi beams got weakened, they barely exploded a building" can be countered by Tatsumaki making sure Psykos shots weren't aimed towards the earth, in fear of great damage.
Only thing i can see is the whole " she small, beam big, so she didn't tank all of it. "
But it's mostly a nitpick, since she has shown to not have much trouble overpowering Psykos at almost any given moment.

Only Orochi’s dragon heads beam ever hit a building, and Psykorochi was at her prime when that happened.

Orochi’s dragon heads aren’t equal to the god blast, clearly.

While Garou was attacking wildly due to still fighting after being knocked out by Orochi, meaning he wasn't necessarily using grace and skill in his attacks, at least not to the extent he normally would be, that also means he definitely wasn't restraining himself against PPP. Surviving a ferocious and unrestrained onslaught from Half-Monster Garou should definitely put him at Low 7-B in durability.

But Garou’s main strength and BEST strength comes from his martial arts, so him attacking wildly would just make him weaker than when he’s awake and focused. This is shown against Darkshine.

I agree. 3P should have Low 7-B durability with Bristle Armour since it is said to significantly boost his durability iirc.

It is just that Sleeping Garou doesn't have martial arts, skills, etc... His physical strength should remain the same.

It’s common knowledge that Garou’s AP multiplies whenever he can use martial arts to reflect and counter an attack. But what is the best feat does Garou have with pure brute strength?

His skill doesn't change his raw power. By that logic Goku can't hit someone as hard as he could normally if he were to lose his martial arts skill. While martial arts allows for precision that can help deal the most damage, or exploit the weaknesses in a person's body, it doesn't change the raw force of someone's attacks. I'm also pretty sure Garou was still giving Darkshine a good fight even while asleep. Which would place PPP at Low 7-B regardless of the skill debate.

Looking back at his sleep fighting, it doesn't even look like he was swinging randomly at him. He even thought to try tricking Darkshine by running around him and looking like he would kick him from all directions via afterimages. He wasn't as skillful as he is normally, but even in that sate he wasn't like a mindless beast.

The redraws mist be taking up a lot of time. Though it wasn't awful bu filler update examples.

Not a big or eventful chapter, but I'm just happy we're progressing. Also glad to finally see Metal Bat again. Looks like the two heroes that got curbstomped by Rhino Wrestler way back in the Hero Hunter arc apologized to Metal Bat for failing to protect Waganma, but Metal Bat seems to forgive them.

Meanwhile King literally gets sling shotted back into the action with Metal Bat, only surviving because of his ridiculous luck once again. Even when King tried to walk away, is sweating profusely, and looks terrified, they're still completely oblivious to the truth.

Inb4 King has passive mind manipulation, whereas Saitama simply resists mind manip. Which is why Saitama is the only one who can know King's secret.

Wait, does this mean Metal Bat was already inside the barrier the whole time? Or that the barrier came down?

I think they were on different sides from the barrier ( represented by that opaque field ), but Metal bat made it inside by shenanigans.

No, that field was the invisible tank/HA operating base. It shows on the next page. The HA now has cloaking tech.

Either Metal Bat slid under, broke inside or somehow ran from another city from after the base was lifted to before Tatsumaki made the barrier.

Having looked at everything, I think everyone (TTM, Tank-toppers, Blizzard Bunch, A-class and Metal Bat) was in a further district of Z city or an outlying town. It's not clear if Metal Bat was with everyone else, but right after Metal Bat steps out of the hospital and poses up on the lamppost he can see Psykorochi in the distance, a couple dozen km away. By all rights he should be in a hospital in S City, but a view like that wouldn't be possible- there are mountain ranges (seen in the EC fight) and several hundred km between S City which is in the middle of the continent and Z City which is near the coast.

I guess that could be explained by the fact that Z city has the best healthcare? The Superfight guys who got beat up in B City where there as well, where sirens could be heard and injured people from the base lift where being evacuated. I know it's plausible that everyone else in B City and they're evacuating injured several 100 km away, but it'd be simpler if they were in another section of City Z that's still intact after the base lift. It is a whole horizon distance wide by our numbers

If Metal Bat got inside the barrier, that would resolve an issue I had, if he was close enough to see Psykorochi he should have arrived before the a,b,c class and been inside the barrier. What was he doing though?

**** this chapter was boring.... :(
I was totally expecting the cadres fight and that it would be the most fire sequence ever.

Guess expect the Drive Knight vs Nyan redraws next, then DK and Genos. We'll probably have a mix of redraws and regular chapters for the next two months

Dont forget the saitama vs orochi redraw
I think that's going to be in the next volume, so it will be in the next (and hopefully last) major round of redraws. No way they can fit ENW vs. Disciples/Saitama vs. Rover, Nyan murders support team, DK vs. Nyan, Genos meets DK and Saitama vs. Orochi all in one volume

how much tons is each of boros' forms (no csrc)
it doesn't say it on his profile, I can only see Ourosboros' calc

I wonder what that Godzilla account thinks about Tatsumaki vs Legendary Godzilla. The one in that recent thread trying to downgrade Psykorochi.

Pretty sure he thinks Godzilla stomps her? Unless this is a different Godzilla-themed powerscaler with an identical name...

what the hell is happening with the manga? i feel like ONE has officially lost it and hes just trying to **** with us by making the manga as bad as possible. the story and dialogue makes no sense at all, its just so.... weird. is ONE intentionally trying to ruin the manga?

The writing is still quality and there is more character and life to it now. Just because you have to wait for the super specific 3 chapter long webcomic fight doesn’t make it bad.

How does the story or dialogue “not make sense”?

Nah, this is the emotional high before everyone gets their brains pummeled out. If you're worried about ONE getting sentimental and trying to appeal to a younger audience, he's evidently trying to show the integrity of all the heroes before he sends them to get broken in the cadres fight. The release schedule is affecting my own perception of things personally, I'll be happy once we've passed major redraws up and moved back to a more consistent schedule

i dont know but it just seems like ONE is going through a tough time in life and hes taking out his anger and frustration on us. hes trying to ruin OPM for us OPM fans just to **** with us. its not right
