STRONGEST One-Punch Man Discussion Thread!

Since he didnt even consider her a fight, but considered Boros "matbe" stronger than most monsters every character Saitama ever fought should upscale from Tatsumaki.
 
Why would Saitama consider her a fight if he didn’t know he was being attac-

Ah screw it, we talked this yesterday and the day before that
 
Serious Series so far seem more dependant on context rather than power.
He uses Serious Strike against CSRC because it was fired towards the earth and failing to deflect it properly could lead to global catastrophe.

He used Serious Sidehops against Sonic because he annoyed him way too much and Saitama hoped that that overkill would make him leave him alone.

He used Serious Strike against EC because he needed to perfectly control his strength as to destroy EC without any collateral damage.

It was also used against EOW to fully disperse it so it stops growing.
 
The Serious Punch that killed EC is objectively weaker than the normal punches he was using against Garou. One was done specifically to kill a 7-B monster with no more no less power, the other was used to overpower a character who had just performed a 5-C feat.

Ok but if you're claiming we should upgrade CSRC above all Normal attacks because Saitama "needed" a Serious attack to nullify it the same logic would be applied to Orochi.

Or we could just accept that neither Normal nor Serious Series attacks have set levels

I'd say PIS considering the narrative implications of its use.

Not really sure if serious blow was necessary against orochi tbh he still normal punched him.

That's the point.
Saitama has no special attacks and the Serious/Casual denomination does not directly and objectively mean superiority/inferiority. Context for what they're used is important.
Serious moves have been used against Above dragons, a dragon level 7-B monster and a demon level human speedster.
Casual moves have been used against Above Dragons ( the blow that killed Orochi, the blow that weakened Psykorochi, Consecutive normal punches against Garou both in his monster and Cosmic fear form and Meteoric Burst Boros and has also been used against B-class foes like Fubuki's henchmen.)
