While Fubuki and Tatsumaki agree Saitama was beyond their power at that moment and should be Above Dragon at that point. He didn't even register it as an attack, much less a fight, just some weird unknown phenomenom. So i don't think Boros should scale.

Otherwise Tatsumaki would have powernull against spirits (negating up to high regen) resistance to curses, mind manip (on at least 7 layers) and possession.

SSP canceled out CSRC and boros still got hited by SSP impact. He definetely got ****** by it.
