Strongest Creature Update

Just a small CRT addressing stuff for Kaido (and yes, I prefer that instead of Kaidou), this thread will be about 3 things

• Adding Resistance to Heat Manipulation and Fire Manipulation
• Stamina adjustment
• Range for Boro Breath (or Bolo Breath) from a new calc (doesn’t change anything but give a solid number)

In this Sandbox, I have put down how the changes that would be implemented as well as the reasoning.

This has gone pleasantly smooth. Got 4 Staff members approvals and bunch of non-staff members approvals and likes. I believe this is enough to implement the changes to the profile I think. Might make the changes soon or later
