Basically what this would entail is that Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Rose Quartz, Bismuth, Peridot (Red Eye would be "Unknown" while Gem Warship would be downgraded), Jasper, Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, Sugilite, Opal, Sardonyx, Rainbow Quartz, Lion (Steven Universe), Centipeetle Mother, and Laser Light Canno would all be downgraded to High 6-C.
As said before, the other Country level calculations rely on e=mc^2 when the only evidence for this is that the Gems are composed of a material "like light" and that they have mass. This is just regular hard-light stuff and isn't grounds for mass-energy conversion.
