You think they're small and weak just because they're working at some cheap looking restaurant or bar? Well whenever they get serious things go to hell typically.

Escanor versus Maou Sadao

Now to explain, reason why I think this is fair is because they're pretty much on a close tier and Maou has the speed and hax advantage while Escanor has the AP and Durab.

Now let's see

Setting - New York City

R1 - A normal battle. They face off against each other at base form. Time moves twice as fast. They have the means of causing panic and destruction to upgrade themselves or just wait it out.

R2 - Permanent Pseudo-Sun Escanor (Mt) vs Permanent Partial Satan with Unholy Sword

R3 - Permanent Late Mornin Escanor (Island) vs Permanent Partial Satan with Unholy Sword

Fight on. Also Round 1 is the canon verdict.

And good match up! Hmm......let's see.

Round 1: Escanor........only in term of power and speed (even if he 5 time weaker then normal holy knight, he should still many time faster than normal human.) of couse, he win if he just out right biltz......well if he do that of couse, due to both of them have no knowledge on each other, one does not simple attack without a plan if they smart, so 50/50

Round 2:.....as you already said, Maou have HAX and Escanor have AP......let's me ask.....can....Maou just use Darkness Manipulation to block off the sun? Or Escanor don't need a Sun to shine on him? If not Escanor win this round....albeit with High dif via Hax of maou.

Round 3:Maou Broom sword FTW!

Do remember, the weakest Escanor is a scaredy cat and Maou was still able to tank explosions from his enemies. And the more chaotic they get the more he'll gain stats. And he is pragmatic.

Technically he can, though it is Pseudo Sun... Also do remember Maou can tele spam.
