Origin Relases (2 and 3) are not casted on human, they ar casted on their "magic pool" that is inisde their bodies, however it is not biological organ so it is rather easy to assume that don't work on human itself. Howeever stoping time of Carla in order to save her is far above Ultears Arc of Time limits. so unleess it was thought projection casted by granny Ultear( not via somehow unknown reason )who was training and improved her skills i see no logical way to explain that.
