Okay so in which case Gojo and Makima would need to work together on a God tier level to do much since individually they're both behind Law by a significant amounts. Meaning I can see Gojo taking over the defense while Makima uses her contracts to try to overwhelm Law from the jump.
To my knowledge the only thing in Gojo's arsenal that be effective against Law is Purple and UV. Red shouldn't be much of an issue given Law's durability and since Law has vastly better LS than both characters I doubt Blue is gonna be able to pull Law in via regular means.
Makima could use her contract with the future devil to try to see what Law will do, but the important part is that she can't spam this ability while Law has consistent precognition and mind reading himself so he'd be a step ahead of the both of them.
Most of Makima's summons amd Contracts are pretty much useless here as they lack the AP to harm him. One's like Cosmo would be a direct win-con, BFR to Hell wouldn't work because of his resistance to BFR, and things like the mold devil gets countered by the fact that Law can remove objects from his body.
Now Gojo's infinity vs The Ope Ope no Mi should be pretty interesting since the Ope Ope no Mi's room ability is a lot like a Domain Expansion within of itself. Creating a spacial area within a certain range, to which they can control the environment with a iron fist, can fire "sure hit attacks." (Domains just automatically place the attack, Law uses spatial manipulation to cleave apart and displace the very fabric of space itself.) So I do think Law can bypass infinity given how his abilities work, also he's still able to do his soul swapping ability and if they give him enough issues he'll most likely opt to switch their souls with one another.

Although Makima probably wouldn't get the chance to do much considering once Law hits her it's over. Law's spatial slashing isn't an "attack." per se, additionally her contract wouldn't cover or transfer anything Law throws at her since it's not "damage." but rather rendering parts of space in a non lethal way.
Gojo might be able to reattach limbs via Blue since it attracts things but that's low key kinda reaching and I don't think RCT means much since again, no actual damage. As for Law vs Gojo, he'd be able to tell where cursed energy comes from since it's within the body it's stemming from the stomach iirc. Law can use scan and analyze whatever he sees, topped with Mes I can see Law just removing Gojo's stomach spatially rendering CE impossible to use.

Actually I wonder how a DE and Law's room would overlap with one another. Not Gojo's in particular, but them as a whole.
