Simon revisions (And I guess we also bring up High 1-C. Twice.)

If it's only in between the membranes of 10 and 11, it should just be 10, maybe higher end then normal.

Said SCP is literally "A number that doesen't exist in mathemtatics and was created by another SCP" dimensional

It's straight High 1-C though
 
I don't think the high 2-A lowball should be used when the number of dimensions has more information to it than "beyond 4"
