Shrek is a bit haxier that we give him credit for.

Basically two abilities that he shows in the first 10 minutes of the movie.

• Shrek farts are toxic, to the point where he can kill fishes with them instantly and later in the movie he says that Donkey would die if he farted. Dunno if this counts for Poison Manipulation or if we have another ability that covers this.
• Shrek burps are flamable, this can potentially give him Fire Manipulation if he has something to ignite them.
• Resistance to cold as shown here.

No real arrow goes beyond subsonic speeds.

Edit: but depending on how he reacted to them his speed could be higher than that.

I'm pretty sure the arrows he dodged were close range

Also, Shrek should have resistance to cold temperatures. Here, he ran and climbed mountains for several hours in blistering cold winter conditions and was unfazed afterwards. The only things he was wearing were his normal clothes. Nothing warm or anything

I think there was one game based on Shrek where one of his attacks was farting, I think. I don't quite remember the name of that game, though.
