Serious Doomsday upgrades

I feel Doomsday from DC comics could maybe use some multi galaxy level upgrades, possibly even low universe maybe? Superman is more consistently 5-B than Low 2-C or 4-B, yet we aren't downgrading him either.

The dude has way more 4-B and 5-B feats then he does Low 2-C feats. Multi Galaxy ain't happening.

Since Forever,the guy has 55 or so 3-A and higher feats and Scaling, yet he has less than 25 4-B feats,and all of them are casual.

1. Scans. For every single one of those feats. In fact, make a thread about it.

2. Get some knowledgeable members down here to judge their accuracy.
