So I'm wondering if this counts as EP, Precog, something else entirely, or nothing at all. Usually I wouldn't make a thread but 1) both EP and Precog can turn fights around in one's favor and 2) there's room for argument here I feel.

Also, these are some random choices for characters for it to be an ability exclusive to them. Therefore, I'm wondering, if this does indeed count as one of these two, can it be applied to the entire cast? Thank you for your time!
