To settle the talk about the endurance of Edison I also don't think he is really at the level of Rank EX but even if that wasn't the case he still have show great endurance so regardless of if he really is Rank Ex or not his endurance still would be much above so it isn't needed to talk more about that.

Edison can become intangible whenever they want so it should not be problem, for the absorbtion he could, but it was not the main wincon point for thanos.

Anyways Thomas have prep in his profile which should mean he will have his army of robot no?

no... characters with prep as power can only use it if they have prep time

Since Edison can become intangible and tangible at will like the rest of servants that probably isn't gonna do much, and in principle I think he can absorb the energy attacks, though do so would give even more reason to Edison to use his NP.
