Rick tries to kill god

Correct, GoL wouldnt wait for rick to come back, but at the same time Rick coming out of the Phoenix Protocol has no equipment, he has to either steal what he can from the universe he starts in or convince the Rick of that universe to help him which, given that a lot of Ricks hate Rick, isnt the best idea
 
He has team up with other Ricks, and stealing something from the same spot he know his stuff are in isn't hard at all.

Plus the Portal Gun is the most standard equipment he has.
 
The GoL has High regen, the ability to regenerate from a few scattered or lone molecules, atoms, or sub-atomic particles. Anti-Matter would not be enough to kill him
 
Anti-Matter just destroys any kind of matter in R&M. Anti-Matter is sub-atomic particles. So when Anti-Matter and his sub-atomic particles collide they annihilate eachother.
 
Rick snaps (on his Portal Gun) and FRA - if not deemed a stomp
 
When Morty used the gun on the "fart cloud," he only needed 3 shots, and it spread out, touching everything and destroying every part of him.

With speed equalized, I'm fairly certain Rick would tag and kill GoL.
 
Also rick has prep and knows the gol has immortality type 5

Exactly, it would give him precog to reach his desired outcome, which in this case is killing GoL. Giving Rick prep time with death crystals is essentially a death sentence, even with only 5A gadgets.
