Yes. My main point is, High 3-A is a very high tier. If we give it on statements alone, at least i'd want multiple sources stating that. We don't give 3-A to anyone stated to be able to destroy the universe, unless there is other stuff supporting it

Also another thing, LoC Sayaka should be "possibly High 7-A".

Mami can change the density of her ribbons, so we can't be 100% sure that they were High 7-A
 
I get that, but that's usually because its a stretch or too vague, which within the context here is not really the case at all. Tart is refereed to as an irregular similar to Madoka was by the same character as well, and the Fate Manipulation had already changed that Kyubey stated had a 0 percent chance of happening into 100% percent (Tart not becoming a witch) literally a few seconds in to her form. And unlike the generic universal destruction statement, we do context supporting it; specifically it originates from the manga itself in the form that specifically describes Tart, and we instead of there being ambiguity into how it would be achieved (Ie like for example how universal destruction can be done over time or through non-AP applicable methods or just be hyperbole), the statement doesn't leave any form of ambiguity and literally has the in-verse tiering system saying the same thing.

I'm pretty sure it was Minou, not Kyubey, who said that, but I'm alright with "At least 6-B, can potentially reach 5-B" or something.

I though Sayaka was already supposed to be possibly High 7-A lol.

Okay, well it doesn't really matter anyways. Also this kinda confirms Homu's theory of mind manip potency = barrier size as she explictly plans to use the despair produced to create more misery and so on, unless there is something I'm missing (I don't have the manga in front of me anymore)
 
That's her plan yeah.

Although it isn't done via mind haxing everyone but via spreading lesser witches everywhere and causing chaos.

Even if mind hax was the method I'd be really hesitant about scaling stuff from Isabeau given that she is a walking anomaly.

Uh, apparently the density thing varies depending on the translation.

My copy of the manga says that Mami changed their density, ******** says that she simply hardened them
 
Is it just me or is Iroha kinda... tall?

Hopefully, assuming the manga or anime are secondary canon, we can get some more specification on the stats of the Puella Magi finally (I personally don't like the current scaling).
 
I didn't even realize these were characters from Monogatari until somebody said crossover and Monogatari on Reddit.

So I guess we are gonna have to treat them like Dante in Shin Megami Tensei is we are ever making a profile for them.

Has anyone translated the Summer 2018 event? I heard some stuff about a Ghost Witch possessing Madoka, which sounds awesome lol.
 
I checked the event story section on Magia Record wiki and it seems like the only event story that has the word summer in it still hasn't been translated yet.

Yeah, but we're talking about in the perspective of Magia Record. Like, every familiar can potentially injure most magical girls.
 
Again, context. With PMMM most fights usually don't create conventional scaling.
 
Most Magia Record battles don't actually give context, so good luck.
 
Going over Ultimate Madoka's story one last time:

- Homura Akemi has extremely minor Causality Manipulation (Every time she rewinds, she slightly alters the events in the timeline due to having small effects on causality.)

- Ultimate Madoka can perceive the Magia Record timeline "frame by frame" and can hear even the slightest of sounds in that timeline throughout the cosmos, despite the issues.

- The Magia Record timeline isn't really a part of either the World of the Witches or Wraiths.

- Embryo Eve at its full power, will become something akin to Ultimate Madoka.
 
I seriously doubt it'll be a lot like UM (Abilities and power), but it sounds interesting, espically since you could argue Doppels are more effective than Heaven in this case.
