I briefly discussed this with SpookyShadow; as evidenced by Skellig's differing flow of time, and the Misty Valley's purported differing flow of time back when it was a major Interstice inhabited by the Elves, the Astral World may have a different space-time continuum from that of the physical world, and thus the Great Roar of the Astral World could be considered a 4D showing, High 3-A if we approach it from the angle of it being a 4D feat on a less than universal scale, or 2-C if we approach it from the angle of it being a feat of merging 2 space-times. This would scale to the God Hand and the Idea of Evil, as they are superior to Shiva, whose power was used to summon the World Tree into the physical world and cause the Great Roar.

Eh, I'm not so sure, it seemed more like a planetary feat but on a 4D scale.
I don't think it effected the whole universe, merely the planet as based on the gulf of light.

I'm not sure what the stance on non universal 4D feats are, like a merging between two Hyperbolic Time-Chambers, despite only being planetary, would fusing them result in universal power due to them being space-times, or just planetary due to their size?
That's the question that needs to be asked.
