Post-Crisis Wally West 2-A CRT

Status
Not open for further replies.
I don't want to jump the gun, but I'm pretty sure in the context of the story itself Bart absorbed the Speed Force only because he had to get to the DCU first before Superboy Prime could so I think that kind of absorption in context is more of a speed increase rather then an all around AP increase. That and Superboy Prime is generally 2-C consistently in his Pre and Post Crisis showings so IDK if him being 2-A would be consistent or not.

Speaking of Bart wouldn't Superboy Prime get upgrade to 2A for fighting Bart after he absorb the speed force
Nah, unless he’d got amped prior. And like I said before it’d be higher than 2-A. Either Bart can’t use the full power of the SF, or Bart held back or it’s an outlier for SBP.

Yes. No problem.

It's kind of raw at the moment, but here's an AP and Speed timeline of Post-Crisis Wally
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #14
    • (Flash #14, pg. 5) Every move he makes causes a sonic boom. He’s under the influence of a speed-enhancing drug at the time, but he’s also greatly weakened overall so this is a good demonstration of what a supersonic not holding back Wally is like. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #55
    • (Flash #55, pg. 4) Wally, catches up to Hermes, the Greek messenger God, though it's debatable if Hermes was serious about it. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #64, June 1992
    • At some point after obtaining his powers, Wally's physiology is altered. His body began rejecting his powers and to use them would cause him extreme pain. This is also covered in Tales of the Teen Titans #49 and is linked to why he stopped moving at incredible speeds as he had near the beginning of his Kid Flash days.

The Return of Barry Allen

  • The Flash Vol 2 #78, July 1993
    • Fellow speedster, Max Mercury, theorizes that Wally's reduced speed is psychological, not physical, and lies in the fact that Wally is afraid of replacing Barry Allen as the Fastest Man Alive.
  • The Flash Vol 2 #79, August 1993
    • Eobard is faster than the present Flash family.
    • Wally admits that Max Mercury was right about his theory. He fights with Professor Zoom (who had been impersonating Barry) and overcomes this fear. From this point on Wally can move faster than the speed of sound, but is still below light speed.
    • Overcoming his fears, Wally becomes equal in speed to Eobard.
    • (Flash #79, pg. 32) Takes a beating from Thawne, whose punches are breaking the sound barrier. Image
    • (Flash #79, pg. 35) Overcomes his fears and inferiority complex in regards to Barry and blitzes Reverse-Flash. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
    • (Flash #79, pg. 35) Up until this point Post-Crisis, Wally was running significantly slower than he was even as Kid Flash due to ingrained insecurities. Here, he finally overcomes his fears and inferiority complex in regards to Barry and blitzes Reverse-Flash. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #80
    • (Flash #80, pg. 2) Wally can catch lightning in his hands and spend a month between the ticks of a second. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #91, June 1994
    • During a conversation with Max Mercury, the concept of a Speed Force is brought up. This is, I believe, the first-ever mention of the Speed Force, the source of power for speedsters in the DCU.
    • At a point when he’s still operating in the hypersonic range of speed, Wally uses the formula to instantly accelerates to near light speed, slowing the world down to a crawl. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
    • (Flash #91, pg. 5) At a point when he’s still operating in the hypersonic range of speed, Wally instantly accelerates to near light speed, slowing the world down to a crawl. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
    • (Flash #91, pg. 16) Wally also mentions that he isn’t subject to the same stamina restrictions when he’s using the speed force that he does when he isn’t. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #92
    • (Flash #92, pg. 19) Wally can run from Keystone City to Gibraltar in a nanosecond. Image 1 Image 2
  • The Flash Vol 2 #0, October 1994
    • (Flash #0, pg. 2) Ran beyond light and pushed the limits of speed. Image

Terminal Velocity

  • The Flash (Volume 2) #97
    • (Flash #97, pg. 3) The Speed Force is the energy field all speedsters have tapped into to generate their powers. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #99, March 1995
    • 15
      • Wally uses the formula again to slow down time and move faster than the energies of the Speed Force in order to give him more time with Linda before he’s absorbed into the Speed Force. At this point, he was moving as fast as he was before activating the formula as he was using it the first time, so it doesn’t make him a set level of fast, just enhances whatever level he’s currently at. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
  • The Flash Vol 2 #100, April 1995
    • During the story 'Terminal Velocity' Wally was running at the speed of light and entered the Speed Force; however, he survived. He now has a direct line to the Speed Force and his powers are enhanced dramatically. This is when he gains access to new abilities, faster speeds, and begins his path to becoming the Wally West most people know today.
    • (Flash #100, pg. 37) After entering and exiting the Speed Force for the first time, Wally states he has a direct line to channeling its power and is now moving faster than he ever did before. Image
    • (Flash #100, pg. 37) After entering and exiting the Speed Force for the first time, Wally states he has a direct line to channeling its power. Image
    • (Flash #108, pg. 9) No longer needs to consume calories due to the Speed Force powering him. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #101
    • (Flash #101, pg. 21) Can extend his speed field and add his own kinetic energy to objects to boost their velocity, effectively sharing speed. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #102
    • (Flash #102, pg. 20) Easily KOs Mongul, a Superman-level opponent. Image
    • (Flash #102, pg. 14) Survives a punch from Mongul, who is as strong as Superman. Image
    • (Flash #102, pg. 7) Easily dodges an attack from Mongul, a Superman-level foe. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #105
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #107
    • (Flash #107, pg. 9) Wally manifests lightning energy strong enough to dispel a Shadow Beast. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #108
    • (Flash #108, pg. 11) Kicks into hyperspeed in order to see super fast moving ninjas that are otherwise invisible. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #109, January 1996
    • The Speed Force is described as an Extra-dimensional force
    • (Flash #109, pg. 21) Wally is tied too closely to the Speed Force to have his speed drained. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #110
    • (Flash #110, pg. 4) During this period, Wally was holding back from his full potential speed in order to keep from being absorbed back into the Speed Force. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #111
    • (Flash #111, pg. 13) Shares his speed with Savitar in order for both of them to enter the Speed Force. Image
    • (Flash #111, pg. 15) At the point where he fights Savitar, he can now enter the Speed Force as well as simultaneously lending his speed to another to help them enter it as well. So, entering the Speed Force is no longer something that requires his full effort. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
    • (Flash #111, pg. 18) Savitar is consumed and becomes one with the Speed Force. Wally can weaponize the Speed Force by bringing people into it and leaving them there to be absorbed by it and prevent them from returning. Image
  • The Flash (Volume 2) #114
    • (Flash #114, pg. 18) Absorbs other speedsters’ kinetic energy. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #126, June 1997
    • (Flash #126, pg. 6) Creates counter vibrations over thousands of miles of land in order to stop a major earthquake. Image
    • (Flash #126, pg. 17) Comes up with a million solutions in a nanosecond (that’d be essentially perceptions down to the femtosecond). Image
    • (Flash #126, pg. 4) Catches the force of his own vibrational explosions, allowing him to turn entirely intangible and pass through the ground without blowing it up, though less elegantly than Barry could have. This is during a period of time where any attempt at intangibility would also blow whatever he was phasing through up. Image
  • Wonder Woman Plus Jesse Quick Vol 1 #1 January 1997
    • Wonder woman is comparable in speed to Jessie Quick
    • Christina has used the secret scroll of Hermes to open a mystical pathway that accelerates a runner's speed a hundredfold. She plans on using it to accelerate into the speed force.
    • Jessie is moving faster than she had ever gone before
    • A speedster's "terminal velocity" is the barrier field of the Speed Force
    • Jessie manages to strike Christina and get the scroll back.
    • Wonder Woman catches up to the two.
  • JLA Vol 1 #3 March 1997
    • "Flash Fact: Relativistic effects take over as a body approaches Light speed. Visual input will begin to blue shift and my body's mass will increase towards infinity."
    • Wally Relativistic Mass Punches ZüM.
    • (JLA #3, pg. 7) Vibrates his fist towards lightspeed, increasing its mass towards infinity, to punch a White Martian (a Superman-level opponent) from Mt. Rushmore to Africa, knocking him out. Image 1 Image 2
      • The Infinite Mass Punch is by no means limited by this force, however. The closer Flash gets to light speed, the more it increases. When Jenni Ognats attempted the same thing, she got close enough to lightspeed to potentially destroy the universe with her mass, and since Wally is a far greater speedster than her who has many times surpassed light speed, this should serve as an upper limit on his Infinite Mass Punch.
  • JLA Vol 1 #7, July 1997https://***************.to/Comic/JLA-1997/Issue-7?id=39335#13
    • (JLA #7, pg. 13) Vibrates through ambient matter, which exists in neither one place or the other, effectively vibrating through the fourth dimension. Image
      • In this case, the fourth dimension is defined as a mathematical dimension beyond 3-D space and time. Existing in the fourth dimension means you’re unbound by distance and physical barriers, as explained here.
      • Walter West, an alternate universe version of Wally, was able to phase through a 4-D attack, making this consistent for Wally to accomplish.
  • Speed Force, November 1997
    • Wally stated that he can run around the world 7 times in one second.

Emergency Stop

  • The Flash Vol 2 #130, October 1997
    • (Flash #130, pg. 19) Can move so fast that not even his past self can see him. Image
    • (Flash #130, pg. 18) Vibrated himself into a state of “molecular shock” in order to appear comatose, effectively playing dead. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #131, November, 1997
    • (Flash #131, pg. 15) Forms living speed force energy around him to create armor that allows him to run even with broken legs. Image 1 Image 2
    • (Flash #132, pg. 4) Wally states that his suit is made of “pure speed force condensed into three dimensional space.” Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #132, December 1997
    • (Flash #132, pg. 14) Shifts his perceptions up to “quantum stillness,” which is likely referring to Planck Time. Image
    • (Flash #132, pg. 8) Will often use speed sharing to send people out of control. Image
    • (Flash #132, pg. 7) Specifies that he atomizes things that he vibrates through. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #135, March 1998
    • (Flash #135, pg. 14) Vibrates fast enough to become invisible to the naked eye. Image
    • (Flash #135, pg. 15) Applied the speed force to Doctor Polaris to create an electromagnetic effect. Shows more knowledge of physics, similar to Static. Image

The Human Race

  • The Flash Vol 2 #136 April 1998
    • FTL | Base | Wally escapes the gravity black hole above light speed.
    • (Flash #136, pg. 4) Running at the speed of light while interacting with the photons that bounced off his childhood home decades earlier. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #137 May 1998
    • MFTL+ | Base | Wally outraces the explosion of Krypton and Zeta-Beams.
    • (Flash #137, pg. 12) Outraced the Big Bang and the end of the universe. Image
    • (Flash #137, pg. 10) Travelled billions of years back in time. Image
    • (Flash #137, pg. 16) Raced against Zeta Beams which can send Adam Strange across the universe instantly. Image
    • (Flash #137, pg. 12) Ran to the end of the universe and fit himself through the “pinprick” that is the infinite singularity that is the Big Crunch, effectively withstanding the implosion of the universe. Image
    • (Flash #137, pg. 2) Enters a black hole without being killed by its space warping effects. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
  • The Flash Vol 2 #138 June 1998
    • "I'm betting you I can make it back to Earth faster than you can, ultradimensional technology or not."
    • "We can reach your world instantaneously. You cannot move faster than us."
    • "The headsets they gave us send signals instantaneously across the fourth dimension letting us keep in touch, right."
    • Wally sees "The signal passing overhead, heading for Earth."
    • "In a fraction of a second so infinitesimal no word exists to describe it, I'm leaving the recognized space-time continuum and approaching Trans-Time Velocity."
    • "As long as I'm somewhere outside of all time and space, they're the five fastest people alive."
    • "I'm in no place, no time and with no other purpose, except keeping track of the signal heading straight for the earpiece of the girl I do this for."
    • "Here I am, chasing an electrical representation of my own voice across the fourth dimension and back into the third and the future of the entire planet, every animal, vegetable and mineral, depends on me not stumbling or tripping."
    • "The downside of moving at ambient hyper-speed is that you'd probably explode."
    • "I calculate to the nearest septo-second how long I've got before the Titan appears and figure this is more than enough time to reset every radio on Earth to frequency X so long as I'm still moving at hyper-speed."
    • "By the time the titan reaches Earth, I've already zigzagged around Jay Garrick and Superman more than a million times."
    • "You have outraced instantaneous travel."
    • MFTL+ | Amped | With most of the population of Earth running, Wally is filled with kinetic energy. Krakkl sacrificed himself to add his own speed to Wally’s, giving him enough of an edge to win. In an infinitesimal fraction of a second, he approaches trans-time velocity. Several speedsters on Earth race, giving him more kinetic energy, and he achieves trans-time velocity. He enters the Fourth Dimension and makes it to Earth. In the Septoseconds before the signal reaches Linda's headset, Wally sets every radio on Earth to Frequency X.
    • (Flash #138, pg. 10) Absorbs the kinetic energy of everyone on Earth from across the universe. Image
    • (Flash #138, pg. 13) Runs at trans-time velocity, essentially moving in a span of time so infinitesimal, no word exists to describe it, so less than Planck time. Image
    • (Flash #138, pg. 17) Racing against his own voice, which is currently travelling through the fourth dimension as well, so immeasurably fast based on three-dimensional time and distance. Image
    • (Flash #138, pg. 18) Calculates down to the septo second (likely zeptosecond). Resets every radio in the world. Zig-zagged around Jay and Supes over a million times. Image

The Black Flash

  • The Flash Vol 2 #141 September 1998
    • (Flash #141, pg. 4) Wally’s connection to the speed force (even though it’s currently been severed/inactive) prevents him from being affected by the time stop of the Black Flash’s presence. Image
      • It was unclear to me whether or not Wally resisting this time stop was due to his speed or a time-related power, however, while fighting Zoom, Wally confirmed that his powers are not temporal in nature, meaning this feat was due to his speed alone.
    • (Flash #141, pg. 4) Wally was able to resist a time stop with a greatly weakened connection to the Speed Force (and Wally’s powers are kinetic in nature, not time-based). Effectively, Wally has begun to perform immeasurable speed feats without fully tapping into the Speed Force anymore. Image
    • (Flash #141, pg. 13) Outruns the Black Flash, described as death. Image
    • (Flash #141, pg. 16) Time travels to the end of time, where Death no longer exists at a conceptual level. Image
    • (Flash #141, pg. 16) Runs to the end of time, where Death no longer exists at a conceptual level. Wally, however, still does, and survives the entropy of the end of the universe and the Big Bang. Image 1 Image 2
    • After tricking Black Flash, Wally runs along with the Big Bang and moves into the Speed Force.
    • "The entropy at the end of time culminates in a big bang as the universe explodes with life all over again and an indescribable sense of rebirth hits me as I witness the building blocks of creation.
    • Action Comics Vol 1 #782 October 2001
    • 2.850 Billion Years Later, A bearded man in red boots watches the red sun engulf the dead Earth
      • Foreshadowing Superman: Where Is Thy Sting? January 2001
    • Immeasurable via Time Travel | Base | Wally races to the white end of time, life, the universe, and everything where Death/Black Flash ceases to exist on a conceptual level.
  • The Flash Vol 2 #1,000,000, November 1998
    • 12
      • Performs a sneak attack by energizing air molecules and sending them around the planet to attack his opponent from behind. Image
    • (Flash #1,000,000, pg. 16) Survives being spatially folded. Image
    • Survives another absolute zero field in (Flash #1,000,000, pg. 11) and the only effect it has is that it drains him of energy. Image
    • (Flash #1,000,000, pg. 7) Runs so fast that he sends himself back into the past by a millisecond, thus making it look like he’s chasing himself. Then he beats himself in that race. Image 1 Image 2

Cobalt Blue

  • The Flash Vol 2 #143, December 1998
    • (Flash #143, pg. 7) Wally’s new suit is made of speed force energy. It is frictionless and self-repairing. Image

Chain Lightning

  • The Flash Vol 2 #146, March 1999
    • Wally knows when info finished washing over him in a nanosecond.
  • The Flash Vol 2 #147, April 1999
    • New Earth Eobard Thawn knows of Barry Allen
  • The Flash Vol 2 #148 May 1999
    • (Flash #148, pg. 3) Hits Professor Zoom with the force of a white dwarf star. Image
    • (Flash #148, pg. 3) Withstands Zoom vibrating his hand through his abdomen, what should be a lethal blow. Image
    • (Flash #148, pg. 4) Fights and defeats Professor Zoom in under a picosecond. Image
    • (Flash #148, pg. 5) Sends Thawne back to his own time, indicating a precision to his time travel. Image
    • Wally's Relativistic Mass Punch
    • "Physics 101. The faster an object moves, the more mass it attains. At Light speed my fist hits like a White Dwarf Star."
      • Mass = 1.9884e+30 kg
      • Velocity = 1.499e+8 m/s
      • KE = 2.2339683942e+46 Joules = 4-B
  • The Flash Vol 2 #149, June 1999
    • (Flash #149, pg. 13) Vibrates into other dimensions by vibrating at a specific frequency. Image
    • (Flash #149, pg. 21) Survives the world being retconned around him, as well as his own history being retconned. Perhaps this isn’t surprising, as he wasn’t affected by the Crisis on Infinite Earths universe-merging and character reboot either. Image
  • The Flash Vol 2 #150, July 1999
    • 7
      • Wally tries to vibrate back to a universe that doesn’t exist anymore and briefly survives the void of anti-matter. Image
    • 9
      • Time travels backward to earlier in the alternate Crisis, during the final battle between Earth’s heroes and the Anti-Monitor after creating New Earth. Image
    • 11
      • Moves so fast as to be invisible to Pre-Crisis heroes, including Pre-Crisis Superman. Image
    • 12
      • Shares speed with heroes in order to boost their metabolism to be powerful enough to injure the Anti-Monitor. Image
      • When they fail, Wally then starts tearing apart the Anti-Monitor’s armor by himself. This is not his full strength, as demonstrated later in the issue with his fight against Cobalt Blue. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 Image 4 Image 5
        • (To clarify, the Anti-Monitor was having his power drained by Doctor Light, but he was also more powerful in this timeline due to Barry’s absence further unbalancing the AM’s power in favor of anti-matter.)
        • Not even the Spectre, who was magically amplified by all of DC’s sorcerer’s at the time, was capable of piercing the Anti-Monitor’s armor and defeating him. Image 1 Image 2 Image 3
    • 23
      • He survives being briefly consumed by antimatter as well.
    • 29
      • Can mainline the Speed Force so directly that he’s unaffected by Cobalt Blue absorbing his speed energy, despite that being precisely what CB’s power is, because he’s tapping into an infinite amount of it. Image
    • 30
      • Here, Wally channels the entirety of the Speed Force, describing it as limitless power and infinity, and obliterates Cobalt Blue. This is an important benchmark, since this is seemingly Wally’s max, yet he later goes much faster. Image
      • Channels the entirety of the Speed Force, describes it as limitless power and infinity, and obliterates Cobalt Blue. Image 1 Image 2

  • The Flash Vol 2 #155, December 1999
    • This is reiterated in (Flash #155, pg. 11) which states that Wally Wally ran “half in half out” of the SF (allowing him to use it to its fullest without falling in until he was done) and overloaded Cobalt Blue with infinite energy he was channeling.
    • (Flash #155, pg. 8) Blows away an alternate universe version of himself with a whirlwind. Image 1

    • (Flash #169, pg. 4) Phases himself as a tomato passes by, causing it to explode, essentially he can weaponize projectiles used against him. Image
  • JLA: Heaven's Ladder, October 2000
    • (JLA: Heaven’s Ladder, pg. 50) Wally says that when he’s vibrating he can’t be hurt by anything, which should include that energy as well (since he isn’t hurt by it). Image
    • Wally states he can vibrate fast enough to be an “energy prism” and convert any kind of energy that enters him, which includes the energy of Quantum Zealots, godlike reality warpers that can fight 5-D Imps (who themselves can hold the multiverse in their hands). Wally absorbs heat vision and converts it to that energy, but his definition of his ability means he should be able to do the reverse. Image 1 Image 2

  • JLA Incarnations Vol 1 #5 November 2001
    • Barry has to generate more energy than the Anti-Matter Cannon can take
    • The Flash races towards what he knows will be his death in order to destroy the anti-matter cannon which threatens the universe. He looks back over his life and bids farewell to those he loves in his mind as he is absorbed into the Speed Force.
    • From the look of it, Barry needed to become part of the Speed force in order to destroy the cannon. If anything, it would be a separate amped stat.

      • Wally is punched by Zoom but isn't KO'd despite how many times he's hit, is thrown through multiple landmasses/buildings/etc., and remains conscious.
      • Uses Jesse’s formula yet again. This time Wally’s moving so fast that time itself stops, and Wally is capable of interacting with Zoom, who possesses his own personal timeline. Image
    • (Flash #200, pg. 16) Uses Jesse’s formula yet again. This time Wally’s moving so fast that time itself stops, and Wally is capable of interacting with Zoom, who possesses his own personal timeline. Image
      • Wally would later be capable of reaching these speeds on his own, without Jesse’s help, and as we know, go much faster than that later on in his career.
    • (Flash #200, pg. 21) Tackled around the planet, from Ireland to China, by Zoom. Image

    • (All Flash, pg. 23) Mainlining the Speed Force like never before, but without the downsides like in the past, like being in danger of getting sucked in. Image
    • (All Flash, pg. 31) Stole all of Inertia’s speed (Inertia is a speedster) to the point where he would be immobilized for eternity. Image

Final Crisis

Regarding consistency, I would say

Varies. Up to 4-B normally, possibly higher

3-A/Low 2-C
at exactly Light Speed

Higher when directly channeling the speed Force.

Chain Lightning is very unique in the Post-Crisis era.

Sorry the flash 2016 i saw was what made me thought it was for post flashpoint,Am sorry.

The omniverse is all of fiction and reality combined. It is a very stupid concept, as it is impossible to apply for a single fiction.
This is the description in marvel or how it was explained actually. I don't think any other verse has this description.
I'll be a bureaucrat before Speed Force is accepted as 1-A
I think it's low 1-C or high IB... I has many explanations on it so I don't really know.
E.g- in final crisis its stated as 5D.
In titans its stated to contain several hyperdimentional data.
And in multiversity it stated to contain all dimensions plus they are infinite dimensions in DC and a writer once said the dimensions rushma Khan was talking about are higher dimensional.
I think DC's definition of omniverse is currently used in the correct sense.
There still a greater omniverse.

This is only what I wanted to say and firestorm good job. Perhaps you can be my sensei. Am learning from you.

Higher when directly channeling the speed Force.
Could you elaborate on this?

Sure, it's notable enough to warrant a rating though I think. Especially if we're talking about a peak Post-Crisis Wally.
3-A/Low 2-C at exactly Light Speed
Wouldn't it be High 3-A/Low 2-C because infinite mass = infinite KE? And well it's still a suicide attack.

Edit: they never explicitly say infinite mass for Jenni, however Superboy Prime was gonna destroy the universe by going at exactly lightspeed while slamming through Oa. So it's likely Jenni was gonna do a similar thing.

  • Vibrates his fist towards lightspeed, increasing its mass towards infinity, to punch a White Martian (a Superman-level opponent) from Mt.
Straight from Firestorm's blog/post.

Speed Force is probably a 1-A realm. It has different definitions from the perspective and knowledge of the people who explain it. But it's best if we debating this another time.

Yes, I just signed up for Wiki, but Firestorm is really impressive. I wish it was my sensei.

Eh maybe different thread Mav? There's more than just that. There's also some of that I disagree with.

Edit: he deleted it.

What I gave was a cut version of the Post-Crisis stuff for AP and Speed. There's a lot more on my Flash Feats Timeline Project Master Copy.

It's kind of raw at the moment, but here's an AP and Speed timeline of Post-Crisis Wally

Since this is done, all we need are the staff inputs and close this I guess.

Wait a sec, what's with Anti Monitor scene then? Or using all of multiversal+ (at least) Speed Force? This is obviously no outlier since it's only when using full Speed Force

Wait so is the upgrade going through?

I still agree with The Speed Force, Wally would be at a Tier 1 either at a Low 1-C to High 1-B possibly 1-A but for not causing any problems with the dimensional scaling, Low 1-C is the fit for now.

Firestorm808 did a very thorough job. I am fine with if we apply his conclusions.

Thank you very much for your hard work. Would you be willing to properly revise the page please?

No

I’d prefer to wait a little. He didn’t address the Anti-Monitor it seems.
