At this point I think most agree with this thread and the proposed changes can be applied, but that's not up to me to decide.

While I agree that should be the case, the issue is that Ultima previously showed concerns in this thread about the 0 rating, so there may very well be push back by him (which is the last thing we need) if we get this applied.

The first one can't be used. It's not mainline DC.
The second one doesn't talk about God, but, you could use it to describe that things could exist outside the Source.

We could say that the external force that struck The Source, resulting in all things in existence, is God or at least an aspect of him, which would fit somewhat with the Death Metal explanation where it is said that from The Source the raw materials of a Multiverse were gathered by an unseen hand.

It would have to specify that. We can't make assumptions given that the Darkness also exists outside the Source. If there's a clarification that it was God then, yeah, if not then we can't really say it was him.

I think it's best to avoid using it then, but it would have made sense for some aspect of God to have struck The Source to bring all things into existence. Even though God was not mentioned in this particular scan, God has always been involved in the origins of existence or described as an external force responsible for existence. It's not new but hey, let's apply the proposed changes.

I have two questions. One is, should we change the cosmology the creator page to 0? Since Great Darkness AP profile says he is equal to the presence (Creator), should we change it to avoid misunderstandings?
