The tier comes from the calculation of Luffy swinging his hand. It doesn't factor compression at all.
Really good. Might be more appropriate to use Wano pictures for thinks like Gear 2nd - 4th but overall

The timeframe comes from the fist landing on kaido from the compression. This is what happened to kaido when the fist decompressed. He doesn't scale to it, else we can apply the 4 times multiplier to the multi continental value.

It's about a few weeks wait, for the sake of better naming. Or we can just ignore the fact that post-onigashima Luffy addresses a portion of the arc where nothing of notice happens and just name the profile "Luffy (Final Saga)" anyway.
