This is easily the worst thing you could have compared it to.No it isn't, unless Base Ulti ~ Base Yamato
It's very obvious Yamato is blocking it, and we've seen here overpower Ulti before, so it'd never make sense for them to clash.
Meanwhile Issho and Sabo were portrayed as equal even though Issho was holding back, it's stated they clashed too, and Issho looks more like he's countering an act than simply blocking it.

At most we'd scale Morley to Aramaki for completely piercing his wood form but his wood form doesn't have a lot of scaling.

Iirc, Ace was pretty casual until he started to fight with Black Beard and Sengoku used a big explosion, so they wouldn't scale to the value of the full thing.
