Pretty much that, I think these were the top 3 too but I'd say Lafitte was the 2nd and Burgess the 3rd.
As of currently, I was already placing Pizarro in the top strongest until Koby ****** him over, now he is back to the lower half IMO.

Sanji fights Kuzan, he might not have equal AP to him rn but by then he probably would plus he has fire and what not.
Zoro vs Shiryu is the most obvious option- Shiryu is probably going to be a training tool for Zoro's Observation and whatn ot.
