Well, iirc Kidd has better LS and AP, among other things.
He can also use the various metal appendages and weapons Queen has to ragdoll him ( for example, Queen has a machine gun inside his mouth ).

Kidd has vastly superior AP and durability, superior speed, superior LS, the ability to control Queen's cyborg parts unless Queen gets his haki across them in time (and this is unlikely since Queen isn't shown to have observation haki on a level that would let him predict Kidd's abilities).

He's also more focused in a battle and his endurance is bonkers.

How does he have superior speed again?
How can he control queen's cyborg parts? his magnetism isn't shown to be that strong...
 
Something I realized is that even without Haki, Queen can counter Kidd's magnetism with electricity.

When magnets/magnetic things have electric currents run through them, it flips the way the magnet works.

For example, a magnet that originally attacks one metal toward it would instead push it away once an electrical current has been ran through it.

Queen can use this to his advantage. Without the use of haki, Queen can simply just play 3D chess with Kidd and increase the distance between them whenever Kidd tries to effect his Cyborgified body parts, which would then prompt him to outrang Kidd with laser spam.
 
I think it's likelier that Kidd uses his magnetism before Queen can counter it than vice versa, simply due to Queen's lack of Kenbun or knowledge on Kidd's powers plus his arrogance.

This is very possibly that Queen would have the practical knowledge to do this but would he be able to apply it mid fight? Kid is very much a brawler/grappler and Queen doesn’t really have a lot of strong battle iq showings

To say he would be able to apply this mid fight while being pressed in close combat might be a bit of a stretch.

It mostly depends on who you think would be on the back foot physically:

If it’s Queen he might be too overwhelmed to think of that.

if it’s Kidd, there’s a good chance Queen could use this to mostly counter the non awakening magnetism.

I personally don’t see Queen relying on something like this with how reactionary he is.

It should be noted that unless you're a Buso specialist like Vergo, using Haki in large quantities makes it run out much quicker than normal:


So if Kidd could somehow draw the fight out, he may be able to catch Queen, but then again, Queen doesn't have to have his Buso active the entire right, but only when Kidd will attack which he can use Kenbun to find out.





Before yall jump me and state that Queen never used his haki like that in his fight against Sanji, here is what I have to say to you.

NEVER USE QUEEN'S FIGHT WITH SANJI TO DECIDE WHAT IS OR IS NOT IN CHARACTER FOR QUEEN

And here's why:

At the formal start of their fight, Queen states that he wants to show Sanji the power of his CYBORGIFICATIONS. The reason he did this was because he saw Sanji as a mini-Judge, and he felt insecure, so he wanted to one-up both Judge and Vegapunk by defeating Sanji (who he saw to be Judge as seen with him only calling Sanji "Son of Judge/Judge's Son" despite Sanji telling him not to call him that) with his Mech. This is further backed up by this dialogue in chapter 1034 where Queen pretty much sums up what I'm saying.

Queen's lack of haki showings during this fight was not due to him not being good at it or him not using it in character in real fights, but it's because he wanted to prove a point to himself and to his former colleagues at MADS.

Because of the circumstances of Queen's fight, I don't think we can translate that to any other match we have, so in this case, it makes most sense to just say that Queen has proficient usage in haki and can and will use it if necessary.

Why would he be pressed? He has the superior range just overall better ranged attacks that consist of virus gasses, bullets, and danmaku dura neg. I don't see why the fight would take place in close combat, especially considering how the fight starts at a 40 meter distance from each other.

I don't see why he wouldn't. Basic Kenbun would allow him to discern when Kidd would attack, so it's very unlikely that he would be caught off guard by a man who is already on the backfoot.

Then what do we go off of Kachon, what you say? Sorry honey, but even with the ambiguity regarding Queen's IC outside of Sanji, we'd need another fight to determine his IC or his actions with Sanji count fully.

Basic Haki applications? He quite literally stated that he will only use his Cyborg Enhancements in that specific match because of who Sanji was. In no world should we use that as a limit to Queen's capabilities.
 
I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to give Queen random abilities and haki layers/potencies. I'm just saying that since he has a reason as to why he didn't use Haki, we should just grant him basic application/usage levels of it.

Similar to jack and kaido queen gets tagged the most when he's in his zoan form

How are you going to put Kidd above Big Mom in speed but then admitting right after that he caught her off-guard? If anything, that's a testament to Big Mom's combat/spacial awareness rather than Kidd's speed.

He was holding back his Germa abilities, not his Observation Haki.
I fail to see why he wouldn't use Observation against Sanji or Marco. He clearly is not that stupid or cocky.

Is it ever stated he has Kenbun? Cause if not I'm gonna have to go make a CRT to nuke that shit off of Queen's profile
