Sakurai moment
Q: If there are Heroic Spirits like Archer, who was summoned independent of time axis, is it possible for warriors from the future, who are loaded with modern weapons, to be summoned as Servants?

A:
Although modern weapons are powerful, it is difficult for the users of modern weapons to be classified as Heroic Spirits. The advantage of modern weapons is "anyone can use them as long as they were trained", thus it is difficult for the user to become a Heroic Spirit, whose definition is "the one and only". The users of modern weapons are faceless heroes. If there are indeed heroes who are loaded with modern weapons, the users will not become Heroic Spirits, as they are merely "experts anyone can achieve through sufficient training". The actual Heroic Spirits being worshiped will be the "greatest weapon of that era". However, for the weapon to become a Heroic Spirit in this case, it must harbour a soul.
Isn't that the opposite of what you were saying?

Sakurai moment
Sanda is my fav Nasuverse writer, but given he already has El-Melloi (and dealing with the magecraft thing is where he shines), Sakurai doing new things is probably second best thing

Isn't that the opposite of what you were saying?
I said "Guns themselves are said to be able to become HS if they in some way acquired ______ (can't remember if it was soul, personality or something similar)."
The quote states "However, for the weapon to become a Heroic Spirit in this case, it must harbour a soul."

How is that the opposite? Or are you refering to something else?

I guess that was the wrong way to put it. Rather, isn't showing that kind of helping my side of the argument is what I meant. If anything, it shows that an object can't become a HS without a soul, but while it also shows that it can if it has one, this is old news since homunculus, litterally living weapons, can. Voyager is really the big exception and pretty much a miracle since it's a soulless being that managed to become a HS

I would disagree with your definition of Homunculus. Homunculus are living weapons in the same way orphans taught how to fight in war zones are living weapons, but that is not their "essence"/nature per se. Mordred, Illya and Irisviel are examples of this. A perfect homunculus was always called a terminal of nature/the planet, for example.

There is also things like Caliburn or Gram "soul" (can't remember the kanji/japanese, if it's indeed tamashii/rei/something else, but it's always translated as soul) helping Shirou block Gilgamesh attacks, Japanese myth of objects gaining a kami/spirit after 100 years, Greek Gods being machines, Enkidu acquiring a soul/human heart, etc etc. (Also, technically everything in Nasuverse has an Origin/Directionality, even Rocks)

And, from the very beginning, HS could be born from the weaving of human ideation through stories/tales.

On a completely separate note - after Starlogs/Constellations, maybe we finally can understand what the **** is "a Saint Graph".

hey guys does qin shi huang get revenge on other servants by making their products in China?

example: Merlin tried to use staff against enemies only for it to break (it said made in china)

Guys, in Fate Extella Link, there are actually some devices called "Mana points".

Well, seems like those things increase the user's power drastically, just gonna ask, is there actually any multiplier for that feat?

I mean, that could work as a bump for Fate Extra characters inside the 6-C tier.

The ones shown to use that devices are Nero, Lu Bu, FSN Lancelot (Berserk), and even Karna.

Isn't that the same thing that has been here since extra? with touko and aoko. I doubt there's a specific buff since it's mostly a gameplay thing

I mean, when characters are amped by mana points.

Nameless (Archer) states that the user's power increases drastically, to the point that he advises our playble character to leave the stage and desemble those things

Also, pretty much the Durability and striking strenght from the amped Servant increases exponentially, as they can even withstand the NP from your character, and your hits barely do anything.

They tank np in gameplay right? It shouldn't really matter since it's gameplay. Even gilles can tank vasavi shakti as long as he still has HP left. But ok, it doesn't seem to be what I was thinking about.

I mean, yeah I know.

But take in count that is Amped Gilles the one that can withstand it.

You can clearly see a red aura with lighting volts surrounding him in some Extra missions or history stages if memory serves me right.

But what I mean is, even F/Extra Archer quotes mention a considerable increase in power.

We could give Extra Servants a hyphoteical multiplier based on the Buff given by the mana points.

Hmmm, i wonder that would Servants vs Tensura characters still going to be fair? And no, Rimuru and the folks that are in level of him aren't included
