Jirobo is the only one without a special ability. I really don't buy he being the weakest, especially when Tayuya exists.

What High 7-C? KN1 Naruto? IIRC KN0 Naruto's going back to Low 7-C+ which will make KN1 7-C.

I get that. Just saying VSB doesn't use Power Levels at all and thinks they're worthless, especially the way Seth is using them. I think the way he scaled in the video is fine though.

I should add that the Sound 4 had no idea who Naruto was and none of them seen him using Kurama's chakra (the only one that did was Kimmimaro), so it makes sense they aren't scared of him.
Also Kidomaru could just be stronger than Chunin Exams KN0/Vermilion Naruto, not the Sasuke Retrieval one.

btw guys, I think we can use Sasuke's Katon to scale BoS characters. Since he formed the storm with 4 Katons, we can calc the AP
20km for diameter, 9.9km for the height.
Volume: 10000²×9900×π
Volume: 3.1101767e+12 m³
Density: 1 to 3 = 0.002 kg/m³
Mass: 6220353400kg
Condensation: 6220353400×2264705 = 1.4087265e+16 Joules
Half of that goes to Itachi and Sasuke. 1.6834685705 Megatons for each. Since it took 4 Katons, 0.42086714262 Megatons or 420 Kilotons (High 7-C) for one Katon
