Only the Fourth Raikage uses chakra to boost his reaction time, Naruto was not shown or stated to do so.

The Fourth Raikage could only do that because of his lightning chakra nature, which Naruto lacks.

Plus, Naruto's travel and combat speed was the same, the only thing Naruto could do in KCM that he didn't do in base was body flicker

Wait so you thought kcm naruto speed was the same as base Naruto and that only his power and durability went up?

I thought u would have remembered sasuke and haku fight where sasuke used chakra to enhance his speed
