Because it is undodgable inside Naruto verse,Naruto was able to dodge a head swing and he did that only via his super sense.No one dodge a straight beam so far.

Um im pretty's sure Naruto dodge that w/out sensing it

Naruto dodged Madara's head swing who is relativistic only the straight bean should be LS. I agree with Madara getting speed of light attack speed with light fang just like how DCEU Kryptonians have LS attack speed with heat vision
