also wasnt it always raining in the hidden rain village?? Like fore years. Could that have been used as too measure how much energy is need to make it rain for so long nonstop???
 
There are natural rains (it is the Hidden Rai Village, afterall) and Nagato's rains. The databook says he does it every Sunday.

There are diferent ways to surpass people. In the Kakuza fight Naruto created the rasenshuriken which Minato couldn't do. I swa that episode where Kurama said he he surpassed him. Kurama states after Naruto shares his chakra that Naruto surpassed Minato a while ago which could also also mean he could've surpassed him in KCM or BM but we don't know andit was agreed that base Minato should be compared to war arc kakashi who fought obito

Base Naruto scales. No getting around that. Kurama was talking about his chakra control skill. Skill via CC has nothing to do with a specific form. It's the same in Base, SM, KCM, BM, BSM, etc.
 
I'm still against scaling base Naruto to Minato but whatever... So this means that Sakura is more than x100 stronger than Minato and most Kage like Hiruzen and Tobirama
 
it doesn't, it just increases the ease at wich you learn jutsu, how effectivly you use them (not wasting energy) and if you can learn them at all (naruto would have had an easier time learning rasengan if he had sakuras chakra control)
 
Gai's 7th Gate automatically scales above Lee's 6th Gate, which leads to Kisame scaling, which leads to Itachi scaling, etc.
 
the amount of chakra used can collerate to it sometimes. Raw control on its own is far from enough, just look at sakura pre-shippuden
