Rules:

1. Ap for 7-A characters preferably be above 600 Megatons

2. Regeneration is limited to Low-High. it can be Mid-High if it has a cap or a weakness like Air Elementor does

3 Hax is Mid

4. 16 max participants only two character per person.

5. Location will be in Wakanda.

6. Equalized speed in all matches.

7. Random encounters no prior knowledge to anybody.

8. Killing is the best win con for a demon but if not then things such as BFR, Sealing or incapacitating is fine as well.

The best I can give is BoS Metsubou Jinrai Arc Zero-One in his Shining Assault Hopper form. He's 250 tons.

His RPL and Precog are much weaker in this arc. (well, the latter is still bonker by the board standard) with his RPL unable to do "instantly surpasses 50x stat gap before the fight start" he's basically amongst the weakest in the group in term of sheer AP.

He also have no hax, with the debatable ones being his fire being super hot and his speed amp blitzing peer opponent.

Shea Haulia in her Post-Schnee key (most of the haxs listed are either really minor or unusable in this key, her only real haxs in this key are the Precog and Regen) and Kouki Amanogawa in his After-Stories key with Limit Break active from the beginning (he only really use at practical effects light and wind magic so most of the haxs listed on his first key aren't going to ever be used in a combat, specially the haxs from dark magic.). Both scale to 578.25 Megatons, Shea can go to 1.15 Gigatons with one amp and Kouki can go to 963.75 Megatons if he use his other amp.

Ancient magic is law and conceptual in nature, there are seven different types of ancient magics each with different effects, Shea have six types of ancient magic but because her magical affinity is quite literally utter shit she can't use them in this key beyond small things like affecting her own gravity to make herself more light/heavy or use restoration magic on herself to get her Low-Mid Regen, and that's all she can do in this key with her magic so at practical effects she is almost haxless. (En resumen, la mayoría de sus poderes son básicamente de decoración en este punto)

I mean, the reactive evolution isn't a Garou or Kame Rider thing that would make him jump tiers, is the type of reactive evolution that increase more his skill than stats. Nah, you are thinking in Kousuke, do to Kouki be basically haxless compared to the rest of the high tiers is that he don't form part of the Arifureta characters that have a spot in the strongest list.
