basically he's going to revert any action that Saitama does to 'zero' the moment he does it, creating this new future where 'none who stand' before ger even happens. Saitama's will also gets effected by this, basically nullifying his push to fight this.

How do they defeat him?

Well my boy thunder will just attempt to kill himself, which that damage will be pushed onto saitama (including his own death), so that means saitama cant really do anything to win.

Well, their friends were tricked to play and wanted informations about Dio, so it's still convincing them

how? Saitama has no idea what it'll do, and worst it's only been three years since he started training, any contact with that will put him at best at wall level and unable to hurt him, and alessi can just use it again and kill him as a fetus.

Saitama has no idea what it will do, until he uses it on him and if the speed of his power is slower than Saitama, he should be able to get away or punch him before he tranform him in a fetus, anyway Saitama thanks to his willpower will still break his limiter and gain a much greater strenght like he did with Personification of a light pull cord

If kira and Saitama want to fight each other, there has to be a motivation and i think the only possible for them is that Saitama found Kira with a new pair of hands, so i think Saitama would start using observetion haki

'can' and 'will' are two different things. he 'CAN' look into the future, but he WONT because he in-character lets his opponent throw a punch or two at him before he throws one punch and blows them up into nothing.
