So, who's most powerful character who's actually a boy but happens to look like a girl? Mecha pilots are allowed.

One who came to mind is Rama from nasuverse. Not as ridiculously-girly like Astolfo, but definitely more powerful than Astolfo imo (Rama have Brahmastra and Vishnu's armory as his NPs).

Another maybe... Echevalier Ernesti? I haven't completely read the novels so I dunno how strong he'd become.
