Miraculous Ladybug General Discussion 2

Adrien, under the effect of Risk's powers, reveals to Marinette that he doesn’t wants to leave or even be a model for that matter, and even though he has tried to say this to his father, he can never bring himself to do that. Would later state that Marinette is the only one who understands him and holds her hand (why?) and when Marinette tries to confess, also under the effects of Risk's powers, she’s interrupted by Lila.
  • Marinette attempts to confess again, but apparently there’s no a relationship between Lila and Chloé, with the former pushing Marinette out of the way so she’s unable to.
  • Marinette tries to make a plan with Alya, Nino, Rose and Kim to stop Adrien from leaving, but nobody wants to side with her because they believe she's doing this over jealousy of Lila.
  • Felix dresses again as Adrien and gets into the Agreste Mansion. He suggest Adrien to swap roles in order to stand up against Gabriel. Adrien follows along under Risk’s influence.
  • Felix, dressed as Adrien, helps him escape. He would later steal Nathalie’s tablet.
  • Felix get's into Gabriel's office. He reveals that he possesses a technological monocle able to detect fingerprint and see through solid surfaces.
  • Felix steals the replicas of the Moth and Peacock Miraculouses.
  • Felix discovers the elevator that links to Gabriel's underground and finds Emilie's corpse.
  • Gabriel gives his ring to Nathalie, in case his plan goes wrong.

Worth to note that because of Risk's powers, no one is budget by the Sentimonster at the slightest.
  • At the Train Station, Marinette, under the influence of Risk, decides to become Pegabug again to bring Adrien (Felix) back to Paris.
  • Adrien gets to his house, only to realize that his father is not there and hear Strikeback approaching.

Also: Adrien is, indeed, a Sentimonster.

I think what Adrien meant was that she was the first person he has ever been this open with about his personal issues. Though I haven't seen the episode, so I'm probably off on that...
 
Qilin is mostly filler, thought the Akuma does have some nice feats here and there.

Penalteam:
  • Episode starts in the soccer stadium.
  • Markov can accurately calculate odds of winning by taking which choice, though that's already known.
  • Adrien doesn’t knows a thing about soccer.
  • Chloé gets mad at the game, so she calls for Shadow Moth's help
  • Chloé is akumatized into Penalteam, a soccer-themed supervillain, in her attempts to make everyone hate soccer.
  • Penalteam creates a massive dome that covers a great chunk of Paris.
  • Penalteam power allows her to skip the rules in order to trap others inside of smaller domes outside of the main one. Let it be by getting into contact or by drowning a card at them. Each time she makes a point, the spheres that encase those who are trapped gets smaller. Other than that, the Penalteams are also "one", despite being several of them, which allows them to be in complete sync.
  • Penalteam removed her akumatized object so it won’t be destroyed, and keeps it in an sphere outside the dome.
  • Ladybug calls for the rest of the heroes
  • Ladybug gives Sabrina the Dog Miraculous, which allows her to transform into Miss Howl
  • Ladybug gives Marc the Rooster Miraculous, which allows him to transform into Rooster Bolt
  • Ladybug gives Nathaniel the Goat Miraculous, which allows him to transform into Caprikid
  • Ladybug gives Ivan the Ox Miraculous, which allows him to transform into Minotaurox
  • Penalteam goals Carapace through Paris, blasting him through several buildings until he crash lands in the Arc of Triomphe
  • Carapace throws the ball across Paris ‘til it reaches the stadium.
  • Purple Tigress one-shots two Penalteams with the force of her Clout.
  • The game is one-sided at first, forcing several heroes to use their powers in order to not be captured. Viperion, Pigella and Ryuko are captured.
  • Penalteam shatters Carapace's Shell-ter.
  • Ladybug leads the team after they recharged and synchronized them so that they are able to match Penalteam's coordination.
  • The Ox Miraculous superpower allows the holder to be inmune to every superpower, saving Minoutarox from being tagged by Penalteam.
  • Ladybug's team wins the match, but Penalteam cheats once more into making the game endless by removing the timer.
  • Chat Noir is captured.
  • Ladybug makes a plan in which she tricks Penalteam into believing that the holders can use their powers limitlessly, so she has no chance on defeating them.
  • The Goat Miraculous superpower allows the holder to create whatever they draw, with the shortcut that the holder cannot define the attributes of this object. As such, Caprikid is able to create a magic wand, but not a magic wand that can actually cast magic.
  • The Dog Miraculous superpower allows the holder to tag an specific object. Once this object is tagged, the holder can teleport it back where it sees it fit.
  • The Rooster Miraculous superpower allows the holder to pick wherever particular ability they choose. For example, Rooster Bolt picks the ability to be always able to score, which makes the ball dodge by itself every attempt of Penalteam to catch before it hit a score.
  • King Monkey's Uproar turns Penalteam domes into bubbles and her shoes into rubber ducks.
  • Out of sheer desperation, Penalteam summons and breaks her own akumatized object.
  • Ñañañaña Miraculous Ladybug
  • Sabrina decides to play regardless of Chloé leaving.
  • Chloé and Lila team up over their hate against Ladybug

Guys I think Ladybug's page needs to be split into seasons. After becoming a guardian she got access to all Miraculouses and can switch between them. There's no reason to seperate her profile into transformations anymore.

We need to add adrien's akumatized form as well like why hasn't it gotten added and also she doesn't really have access to the cat miraculous since adrien owns that.

Anyways, It's been well over a week since all the episodes minus the finale were released in English, so about some of the changes:

Profile Names Change.
Lollipop Sentimonster -> Lollipop Boy
Ladybug Sentimonster -> Ladybug (Sentimonster)
Juleka Couffaine -> Purple Tigress
Sabrina Raincomprix-> Miss Howl
Marc Anciel -> Rooster Bolt
Nathaniel Kurtzberg -> Caprikid
Ivan Bruel -> Minotaurox.

Given that our current gallery for the verse page is currently somewhat broken, I made this one to keep things ordered.

In regards of Akumatized Villains, something that we haven’t discussed is how does the S4 versions of an Akumatized Villain affects their weakness. S4's Lady WiFi, for example, won’t lose her powers if her phone is destroyed, that would only happen if Timebreaker's friendship bracelet is destroyed. Characters like Qilin also goes through this as well.

We should also change the name of Frozer and Animaestro to their akuma villain's name, since I don't really like the idea of profiles named after real people

Maybe seperate the weakness between keys? I'm honestly fine with that since many of them were also Miraculous holders who have different weaknesses compared to their akuma counterpart

Simple enough; thought about Qilin, one of her incarnations is cuffed and that's her akumatized object, but the other is unleashed and shares the same one as the rest of the Dearest Family. Given that difference between the two isn’t that big, I'm not sure multiple keys would be appropriated.

Felix maybe? Adrien would already be Cat Noir regardless, though it's not like Ladybug will know it's Felix. Also I do think Felix will help them since he seems to also hate Gabriel/Shadow Moth
 
Remember Rabbit Miraculous shenanigans.

Kuro Neko had good plot in regards of the tensions between Ladybug and Chat Noir as the team grew bigger and there were no longer just the two of them. But's kind of hindered over the fact that it takes place after Ephemeral and the whole Moolak incident. Kuro Neko is also the only S4 Episode that featured a good Sentimonster design aside of Queen Banana.

Guess the series became so focused on giving cues for certain theory that forgot to made Sentimonters, you know, monsters. Instead of whatever you think about I mean.
 
  • Episode starts where the previous left. Adrien and Ladybug are interrupted on their plans by the sudden appearance of Strike Back
  • Risk is making more people vulnerable for them to be saved by Ladybug and Chat Noir, as well as trying to make them prompt to make a mistake.
  • Strike Back rips and tosses the ferries wheel, but Ladybug stops it on it's tracks.
  • Chat Noir attempts to Cataclysm Strike Back, but Ladybug stops him because they don’t known if he's a person or a Sentimonster, and no case would come out as favorable for them.
  • This produces a discussion between the two of them about Ladybug not being able to take risks, which makes Ladybug reveal that she’s afraid that he ends up akumatized; Chat Noir argues that that has never happened, but Ladybug remembers the Chat Blanc incident.
  • Ladybug accidentally reveals to Chat Noir that Rena Rouge is still out there.
  • Ladybug calls for the help of Minotaurox, Polymouse, Vesperia, Purple Tigress, Croq Courage, Ryuko, Carapace and Minotaurox
  • Strike Back is unaffected by both Vesperia's Venom and Purple Tigress's Clout
  • It’s revealed that Multitude can be used more than once once activated even while being used by am underage holder, as well that it is a seemingly passive ability that reacts upon to avoid the holder from getting a blow.
  • Strike Back display the capability to imitate powers that he has seen.
  • Ladybug realizes this and decides to take a defensive approach
  • The Miraculous team saves Risk without knowing that he's an akumatized Villain.
  • While at the roof of a Building, Strike Back blasts the Ferris Wheel agains the heroes, Ryuko deflects the attack with her Wind Dragon to hit Montparnesse. Where Rena Furtive is standing.
  • Carapace realizes this and uses his Shell-ter to protect Rena Furtive, exposing her and revealing to Ladybug that Alya told Nino about their secret.
  • Rena Furtive makes the association between the Frogprints and Risk, realizing that he’s the responsible of everybody taking so many risks.
  • Risk craters Chat Noir in a wall
  • The team splits to catch Risk and deal with Strike Back's Destruction. Ladybug is unable to find Risk akumatized object.
  • Cat Noir attempts to take on a Strike Back on his own, but it’s forced to use his Cataclysm, which Strike Back replicates.
  • Ladybug uses her Lucky Charm, which hints her to go after the train Adrien (Felix) went, as he's the only one not actually affected by Risk's powers.
  • Ladybug unifies the Ladybug Miraculous with the Horse and Rabbit Miraculouses in order to reach the train. Couldn’t really understand what's her identity there.
  • Felix is handed with the Dog Miraculous, officially referred as the Miraculous of Adoration
  • Ladybug uses the Burrow to travel into the past to tag the Akumatized object so they can find it on the present.
  • Burrow can be used more than once even if the holder is underage.
  • Felix and Ladybug return to Paris and find the Akumatized object with Fetch. Ladybug restores everybody back to normal as they keep handling Strike Back.
  • Chat Noir realizes that the new holder is "Adrien" by accident. Doesn’t really does anything about it, however.
  • Ladybug's Lucky Charm gives her sunglasses to deal with Strike Back.
  • Coq Courage picks the power to duplicate every object with his Sublimation in order to give everyone a set of sun glasses.
  • Inadvertently, Felix tags Ladybug's yo-yo with his ball.
  • Ladybug and Carapace use a city block-sized Voyage and Shell-Ter, the latter to entrap Strike Back and the latter to teleport the Strike Backs to the Sun.
  • Felix retires without saying a word.
  • Alya and Ladybug talk about their incident, and whereas Ladybug forgives her, Alya renounces to the Fox Miraculous.
  • At the Agreste mansion, Ladybug goes for the Dog Miraculous, where Adrien reveals her that she gave the Miraculous to Felix.
  • Simultaneously, Felix appears there and makes Gabriel his offer; Ladybug's yo-yo for the Peacock Miraculous.
  • Felix fetches the yo-yo as Gabriel renounces to the Peacock Miraculous and make the exchange.
  • At the train station, Nathalie has a cough attack whereas Lila drops a smirk
  • Gabriel takes every Miraculous from the Miracle Box.
  • The episode ends with Ladybug crying over it in the roofs of Paris, with Chat Noir coming out to console her.
  • Shadow Moth appears in his butterfly form, resembling Stoneheart; out of a portal protected by Shell-ter. He has revealed to have unified (?) every Miraculous so far minus the Ladybug, Cat Noir and Peacock Miraculouses and it's asking Ladybug and Chat Noir to surrender as Su-Han and the temporal holders watch everything across Paris.
  • The episode ends with Ladybug and Chat Noir looking at him while being cheered by a multitude of people on Paris.

Edit: Reminder, Strike Back oficial English dub is set to be released on march 12. Wait some time after that to say something about it's plot outside the spoiler tags and similar features. Every episode prior Strike Back should be perfectly fine to talk about by now.

  • Shadow Moth appears in his butterfly form, resembling Stoneheart; out of a portal protected by Shell-ter. He has revealed to have unified (?) every Miraculous so far minus the Ladybug, Cat Noir and Peacock Miraculouses and it's asking Ladybug and Chat Noir to surrender as Su-Han and the temporal holders watch everything across Paris.
  • The episode ends with Ladybug and Chat Noir looking at him while being cheered by a multitude of people on Paris.

Just to clarify, since Gabriel is an adult, he can use any Miraculous as many times as he wants without needing to detransform, right? Because if so, they might be in trouble...

Miraculous Power, yes. How he handles the use of every Miraculous simultaneously, however, is a different story. That's supposed to screw you up pretty badly, which might or might not be the reason of his downfall.

Chronology
  • Season 4 confirms that Marinette is still 14. WoW states that chronology is really unimportant other than the fact that Ladybug and Chat Noir remain as teenagers. There's no other real logical explanation other that everything between the Christmas Special (December 24th. Season 2) and Dearest Family (January 3th. Season 4) happens in the spawn of less than two weeks (As it's confirmed that Marinette's birthday takes place between August and September, as she's Leo); including things like, you know, Mother’s Day.
Previous Changes.
  • Adrien's wall level feat gets downgraded. Remains Wall leve, but a much lower scale.
  • Stoneheart loses his 8-A key for the reasons stated previously and the fact that his current calculation is invalid; as the fragmentation value of reinforced concrete has changed since.
  • Mime loses his MHS+ feat, as the Snail method no longer uses that timeframe. The cast would still scale to the Stormy Weather Lightning instance.
Stuff like that.

I guess we'll just leave everyone at like 14 or something, though logically at least one years should have passed (Hell, in Ephemeral Gabriel flat out said that 100 weeks passed since Emily became comatosed)

Well, it's unknown at which point exactly did Gabriel became Hawk Moth. However, since the Christmas Special was the first one without Emilie and Felix is the in-universe anniversary of her disappearance, it makes the whole kind of a little bit bigger.

That, and that Thomas Astruc (In-Universe) has been working in the Ladybug and Chat Noir movie for three years. As if that makes sense.

The Christmas Specal is timeline wise in Season 1, as Master Fu wasn't known to Ladybug and Cat Noir at the time, nor other miraculouses were mentioned. Besides, the special aired long before Season 2
