Yeah and with his amps and ST it’s even higher, but besides NACT Claptrap is… Claptrap so he’s not going to be as experienced as fighting compared to Car Noir I assume.
I mean he's still one of the Vault Hunters hired by Jack that successfully killed the Elpis Vault Monster.

Chat Noir wins this, though only by the use of this superpower.
Explanation is simple. Clap trap has better AP and Durability, and has the overall better range against Chat without his power. But when Chat's power comes into play, it all goes the other way. With Chat's Cataclysm:
-His power can one shot Clap trap as his power ignores durability with deconstruction (It is said that he can destroy whatever he touches) even if Cataclysm was the same power level as Chat's
-Even if Cataclysm doesn't ignore durability, Chat's power scales to 7A, and could be equal to Ladybug's Miraculous Ladybug, which could move a planet
-His range means his power has a range of 3.7 kilometers (Based off of plagg's feat in Style Queen) to around 20 Kilometers (In Pixelator). In particular, his feat in pixelator shows that his deconstructive effect of his power can be channeled through the ground to cover a wide range, meaning he could disinegrate Claptrap by channeling the power through the ground like an electrical wire. Although some might say that his deconstruction effect only affects those Chat can directly touch as seen in Style Queen, Plagg was trying to actively hold back most of his power in that feat as his power is more uncontrolled compared to when his power is used by Adrien.
TLDR, Claptrap wins physically, but Chat takes it with pure overwhelming Hax. Cataclysm OP plz nerf

If Claptrap does somehow and someway survive cataclysm, his opponent will revert to a 9-B form. So he just needs to survive one OP attack to stomp

Unrelated question : If we restrict cataclysm, can this match still be added?

Cat Noir will revert back in 5 minutes. Not immediately afterwards

I doubt that he can survived an attack that deconstruct him on touch.

Cataclysm is a part of Cat Noir power so you cannot restrict him.
