Winny stated a while ago that that Psychomedian, Penalteam and Quilin will be the last Season 4 episodes they'll deliver. This probably means that Kuro Neko, Risk and Strikeback have already been finished.

Yes it's pretty good overall. Though the series improve with the seasons so Season 1 may start a bit weak, but it gets better

I mean, Heart Hunter is the titular villain of Heart Hunter and Miracle Queen is featured in the next episode. Risk is supposed to be the villain that makes Ladybug reckless, and Strike Back might or might not be the first episode not named after a villain. So the giant mecha it’s kinda unsettling,
