Speed unequalized, blitz by Kizaru. Speed equalized, still Kizaru. Kizaru can become intangible and regenerate. The only thing that Minato could put him down with is Sealing Jutsu, and even then, intangibility. He has to actually make contact with the Shinigami's arm, which Kizaru could dodge and possibly become in tangible with. Even then, it's not much of a win, as Minato dies after.

Not that i believe but with the standard battle assumptions makes the verses equalized so Minato can hit Kizaru.

Does Minato have anything to deal with low-high Regenerationn excluding sealing, because he won't be pulling that off on Kizaru whilst he travels at lightspeed.

Travel speed doesn't equate to combat / reaction speed. As for Regen Minato also has Low-High regen. ( However i think that Kizaru needs an upgrade on his regen since Low-High only regenerates small body parts)

This isn't Edo Minato, but I'm wondering why since Kizaru has the same level of Regenerationn.

Low-High Regenerationn is regenerating from a small piece of your body.

Low-High allows Regenerationn from a puddle.

I know travel speed doesn't equate to combat speed but it is the speed he is capable of travelling at; he should be able to avoid most of minato's attacks simply by moving around.

Plus, why does Minato have low-high?
