He now has teleportation himself, flight, can become wind thus intangible, information analysis, and has law/conceptual manipulation. She has no chance with his new powers and his new range - thousands of kilometers.

Almost anyone in NNT has NPI she has better tp feats and can fly too
What is his Law Manip about btw ?
I don’t think she has no chance and her range is at least equal to his we don’t consider Galand calc as an outlier so Her range could even be Planetary
