Basically there is a implication that a being that is far superior to a being views Oblivion, like it would view a regular mortal, is a part of the Divine Creator's dream.

Or... This : " Someone far superior to a entity viewing a 1-A , like a 1-A views a 10-C " , is a part of the Divine Creator's Dream.

I am unsure if that will be anywhere near enough to win against the Presence here. He's crazily into the 1-A tier.

The presence should stomp by virtually being infinitely above high tier 1A's who can casually stomp tier 1A entities. Even the 1A voids like pralaya and Mother Night are part of the presence dream . And the presence embodies the void which exists beyond all the voids in DC . PS : Even Archangels like lucifer and Michael who could possibly beat creator are mere part of presence dream.
